Connectio n Last week, we reviewed all of the important steps we have taken to reach a completed literary essay. Today, we will be reading each other’s essays, referring to the rubric, and offering our peers constructive feedback on their writing. Turn and Talk: What does constructive feedback look like?
THE RUBRIC 1. Fill out the heading. 2. Place the rubric on your desk but do not write on it. 3. You will be referring to the rubric during the Gallery Walk.

Carefully read the essay. 5. Look at each part of the rubric and consider what the student has done well and how they can improve. Do not write on the rubric. Only write on the Gallery Walk form. 6. Carefully and neatly complete each column, using bullet points. Be very specific. 7. Rotate and repeat. 1. Read your essay one more time and make any final revisions. 2. Copy and paste your essay and save it to your documents or to One Drive. 3. Go back into the Literary Essay Bend One Assignment on Teams. Press Close and then Turn in. 4. Staple the Rubric to the Gallery Walk form and hand them in on Mrs. Premus’s desk. 5. Use the remainder of class time to work
