Listen to the Youtube reading of Chapter 4. Imagine you see this tiny star getting bigger and bigger. As a human, how does this make you feel? What do you think the world leaders like the Queen are thinking? Fill in a table like the one you can see here. How do I feel? How does the Queen feel?

Create five catchy headlines for the previous slide. A boy finds a stash of gold Roman coins in the local park. I have done the first one for you! Buried treasure found in Barking Park!!

Now create some catchy headlines based on Chapter four or Iron Man • Dazzling star gets brighter and brighter! • Is it a bat? Is it an angel? • ____________________________________ • __________________ Remember to use your original list of how you feel and how the Queen might feel as inspiration.

Think about the arrival of this creature and imagine the world’s reaction to it, think about questions such as ‘How might the leaders of the world be feeling? ’ ‘What could be done? ’

The creature has landed in Australia. Google three facts about Australia and write a sentence explaining how the creature might affect these things. Fact 1: In 2016 -17, Australia produced approximately 2. 07 million tonnes of beef. The creature may be a meat eater and as a result may eat many of the cows ruining Australia's beef production. Why has this creature been introduced to the story? What do you think this creature has to do with the Iron Man? What effect might it have on the Iron Man? What might the Iron Man do? Today I would like you to write a short paragraph predicting what may happen between the creature and the Iron Man. Use your imagination and remember that there are NO wrong answers!
