The Governmant want a truthful and factual account of what happened. Pretend you were one of the engineer's that helped the Iron Man. You must now write an accurate and honest eyewitness account based on facts. You cannot make anything up, from listening to the reading write exactly how the Iron Man beat the space creature.
Remember, this will be a primary resource, so it is important to stick to the facts!

Interview them and ask them your questions, don't forget to jot down their answers.
