Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Bill 2011 • Draft Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training ) Bill, 2011. • The proposed legislation provides for a new single national agency, Qualifications and Quality Assurance Ireland (QQAI), replacing FETAC, HETAC, NQAI and IUQB.
