Olympic Agenda 2020 • Recommendation 27 on good governance – All organisations belonging to the Olympic Movement to accept and comply with the Basic Universal Principles of Good Governance of the Olympic and Sports Movement. – Such compliance to be monitored and evaluated. – Organisations to be responsible for running self-evaluation on a regular basis. – IOC to provide supporting tools in 2016: (i) practical implementation tools and (ii) selfevaluation tools. 5

Olympic Agenda 2020 • Recommendation 28 on autonomy – The IOC to create a template to facilitate cooperation between national authorities and sports organisations in a country – Template will be made available in early 2016 to all NOCs for use at their entire discretion 6
