The Pathway was developed to: l Increase number of baccalaureate prepared RNs through improved access for community college students l Collaborate with clinical partners to prepare nurses in quality and safety competencies and emphasize a diverse nursing workforce l Meet increasing demand preference for baccalaureate prepared nurses l Increase number of RNs eligible to complete graduate nursing education, creating pipeline to address nursing faculty shortage
