OVERVIEW OF OUR MENTORING PROGRAM TIMING AND STRUCTURE The WA chapter of ICON is proud to launch our inaugural reverse, cross-industry mentoring program to match professionals aspiring to leadership with established senior leaders, to help build a culture of inclusive leadership across our membership. The program will run from October 2017 to December 2018. We recommend mentors and mentees should meet at least once a quarter in person.
