1745 - Round 1 ® Construct a canal that parallels the river
1750 - Round 2 ® Add 5 houses (total 15)
1760 - Round 3 ® Fence off an area 3”x 3” for commons area ® Add 5 houses (total of 20) ® Add one more nice house
1773 - Round 4 ® Add one factory next to the river ® Add 5 houses for workers
1774 - Round 5 ® Add 15 houses (40 total) ® 1 church ® 1 pub ® 1 store ® You may draw additional roads and 1 additional bridge
1775 - Round 6 ® Add 5 new factories on river bank ® Add 5 houses (45 total)
1780 - Round 7 ® Add 5 tenements.
1781 - Round 8 ® Add 1: store, pub, church, school ® Make church convenient to community
1782 - Round 9 ® Add 5 more pubs ® Destroy 5 houses ® Add 4 tenements
1783 - Round 10 ® Add 2 special homes ® Add 1 factory ® 15 houses (55 total) ® *From this point on trees may be removed if you need space
1785 - Round 11 ® Add 10 factories with smoke ® Add smoke to all pre-existing factories ® Add one nicer house ® Add 5 houses (60 total) ® Add 1 tenement
1800 - Round 12 ® Add 1 coal mine ® Add 1 new iron bridge to replace the old wooden one ® Add 5 homes (65 total)
1815 - Round 13 ® Draw 1 cemetery
1820 - Round 14 ® Add 1 major railroad connecting all your factories to your coal mines (one continuous track – you may add bridges as needed) ® Add 5 houses (70 total)
