Student PRUNART-UFMG/ Brazil and Harvard Law School/USA NINTER The Intersindical Nucleus of Labor Conciliation are institutions of collective right of intersindical and equal character, endowed of a non- profit and legal personality, made up of a workers’ union and the corresponding employers’ union, designed to promote the permanent collective negotiation, the social dialogue and interinstitutional concertation between unions and labor authorities, the prevention and institutionalization of consensual and extrajudicial means of resolving individual and collective conflicts under the framework of representation of signatory unions. ILO Tripartism Cooperation between governments and organization of employers and workers in promoting social and economic progress. - Collective autonomy Fundamentals It aims to create labor standards, develop policies and elaborate programs.
