The Application Process - Apply online - Selection process - Offers - Decisions Apply Online: theiet. org/poweracademy by 5 pm on 30 October 2020 You choose THREE Companies at this stage. Use STARR when writing your application: Situation, Task, Action, Result, Review Selection process through December/January Companies will be looking for team working, communication, problem solving and organisational skills. Do your research! Offers will be made by 29 January 2021 Regardless of the outcome, ask for feedback – you can learn a lot from an interview! You have until 11 February 2021 to decide on your offer Start dates are typically the start of July. Welcome to the Power Academy!
