PUBLIC HOUSING ¨ AGES: NEWBORN TO 100+ YEARS. ¨ 46% OF OUR RESIDENTS (986) ARE 0 -17 YEARS OLD. (06/02/2016) ¨ NAHA RESIDENTS LIVE LESS THAN 4 YEARS ON NAHA SITES. ¨ NAHA HOUSING SITES ARE 98+% FULL ¨ ALL RESIDENTS CHOOSE A FLAT RENT OR A RENT BASED ON 30% OF THEIR INCOME.
RENTAL RATES ¨ MINIMUM RENT $50 PER MONTH ¨ 30% OF ALL HOUSEHOLD INCOME AND AN ELECTRIC ALLOWANCE IS APPLIED TO REDUCE NAHA RESIDENTS RENT. ¨ THE AVERAGE RENT PAID BY NAHA RESIDENTS IS $197. 01 PER MONTH.
