Born Again • Born again = Born from above • Regeneration • “This isn’t something that we can do to ourselves. If Jesus had said, ‘unless you are washed, you cannot see the kingdom of God’ then we might think ‘I can wash myself. ’ A man might wash himself, but he could never birth himself. ” -David Guzik

Not a Physical Birth but a Spiritual Birth

John 3: 7 “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again. ’ ”

“How can these things be? ”

John 3: 15 “That whoever believes in him may have eternal life. ”

What is the alternative to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ? CONDEMNATION

If you reject the rescue, you will not be saved

Why would people refuse the invitation? Because people love darkness more than light

Jesus Comes From Above
