1 st Glorious Mystery The Resurrection of Jesus “Why are you looking among the dead for one who is alive? He is not here; He has been raised. Remember what He had said to you … The Son of Man must be handed over to sinners, be crucified, and three days later rise to life. ” --- Luke 24: 5 -7

2 nd Glorious Mystery The Ascension of Jesus Then He led them out of the city as far as Bethany, where He raised His hands and blessed them. As He was blessing them, He departed from them and was taken up into Heaven. They worshipped Him and went back into Jerusalem, filled with great joy, and spent all their time in the Temple giving thanks to God. --Luke 24: 50 -53

3 rd Glorious Mystery The Descent of the Holy Spirit Suddenly there was a noise from the sky which sounded like a strong wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire which spread our and touched each person there. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to talk in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak. --

4 th Glorious Mystery The Assumption of Our Lady Today the Lord glorifies that place, since He has exalted Mary above the choirs of the angels. That is to say, the Blessed Virgin, who was the dwelling of the Savior, has been assumed bodily into heaven. Saint Anthony of Padua

5 th Glorious Mystery The Coronation of Our Lady Heavenly Father, as we offer you this mystery, we pray that we may keep our spiritual eyes fixed on the things of Heaven, we pray that Kingdom of Heaven be enthroned in our hearts as we open them to Jesus and Mary. Grant us the final perseverance.
