EVERY ONE HAS VALUES! THE QUESTION IS: Not, “Do you have values? ” But, “What do you value? ”

DESCRIPTION: • Core: the very center; stripped of other things • Values: precious; something dear to us; something we hold in high regard

WHAT ARE VALUES? �Values are Internal Priorities that Express Themselves Consistently in Concrete Actions.

HOW CAN YOU DISCERN VALUES? Not by asking! But by observing where people place their time, energy and money?

PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY VALUE, AND VALUE WHAT THEY DO!

1. PASSIONATE SPIRITUALITY A. Intimacy with God deep, real, very strong relationship with God – not just attending Sunday Worship Services

PASSION FOR GOD Jesus replied, “You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. ” (Matt. 22: 37 NLT)

B. Daily Spiritual Disciples – Soaking and devotions (“no devo, no breakfast”) – Bible reading, meditation, reflection (“rhema” word (“space pets”) – Prayer, supplication, intercession – Fasting – Journaling

1. PASSIONATE SPIRITUALITY C. Becoming and Living a Holy Life “he who called you is holy” (1 Pe. 1: 15) “be holy for I am holy” (1 Pe. 1: 16)

“a royal priesthood, a holy nation” (2 Pe. 2: 9) “holy, holy is the Lord God” (Rev. 4: 8) “without holiness you can not see the Lord. ” (Heb. 12: 14)

2. SUBMISSION TO AUTHORITY A. Strength of the network, is the connection to the leader B. No submission, no spiritual maturity C. Levels of character change/transformation:

L. 1 SHEEP (attendee); needs attention, care, guidance [lulubog, lilitaw] L. 2 DEER (cell member); begins to have accountability; brings new people to cell / EGR L. 3 LION (cell leader); has sheep; opens cell

– L. 4 EAGLE (G 12 leader); has 12 cell members [closed cell]; and each cell member, has 12 members too – L. 5 OX (pastor); shepherding a cell church

D. Cycle of “flowing down principle” of submission to authority; non negotiable! E. Accountability mindset F. Prayer and doctrine covering

3. COMMITMENT TO TIME A. IF YOU LOVE GOD, you will commit your time to God (vs. “I’m busy”) B. Available: – For the strategy – ladder of success/equipping track • WINNING, CONSOLIDATING, DISCIPLING, SENDING

B. Available: – For completing PEPSOL • PRE ENCOUNTER, EGR, POST ENCOUNTER • SCHOOL OF LEADERS 1(doctrines), 2(cells), 3(leadership) • Result: INTIMACY WITH GOD

4. TIGHT-KNIT CHURCH CULTURE / HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP A. Heart and soul of church = all about cell B. Linggo, or conversations: Answered prayers! How many members are already in your cell?

How many have completed 12 cell members? How many are in PEPSOL? How many cells do you have? Are there “sabaktanis”? “Goliath killers“? “roof diggers”? “war freaks”? “faith healers”?

5. MIRACLES AND THE POWER OF GOD A. IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO FLOCK TO YOUR CELL / CHURCH, do the miracle works of Jesus “Calling the twelve disciples to him, he sent them out two by two and gave them authority over evil spirits” (Mk. 6: 7)

“When Jesus had called the twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases. ” (Lk. 9: 1) “and these signs will accompany those who believe. In my name, they will…(Mk. 16: 17 18)

CONSOLIDATE Giving the CARE and ATTENTION to every new believer to reproduce in him the CHARACTER of CHRIST with the aim that he fulfills God's purposes for his life and bear fruit that will last.

CONSOLIDATE HOW? § Follow up the new believer and connect him to a cell and the church. § Send him to a Pre. Encounter; Encounter Retreat & Post. Encounter

DISCIPLE It is empowering/training the believer, through the Word of God: • to win others for Christ. • to lead his/her own cell group. • to disciple others to become leaders.

DISCIPLE • Continue to retain the believer in cells and in the church. • Let them attend the SCHOOL OF LEADERS Level 1 Doctrines Level 2 Cells Level 3 Leadership

7. GOAL SETTING STRATEGIZE: (LONG, OR SHORT TERM GOALS) 1. HOW MANY CAN THEY BRING TO THE EGR? MINIMUM PER LEADER: 3 DELEGATES NO. OF LEADERS: 12 (3 X 12 = 36!) REMIND THEM OF THE AGREED GOAL. 2. EVERY LEADER, BRINGS AT LEAST 2 NEW CHRISTIANS EVERY MONTH. 3. MINDSET: BRING NEW FACES, OR PEOPLE 4. ENCOURAGE LEADERS TO REACH SOMETHING, SO THEY CAN MOVE THEIR OWN LEADERS TOO.

THE PRAYER OF TWO AGREEING PEOPLE, IS POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE. “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about any thing that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. ” ‘For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. ” (Mt. 18: 19, 20)
