However, this is just a prediction, so the basic meaning of “will” is 「今思いついて発言する。」in Japanese.

3. The meaning of “be going to do” “Be going to do” is a figure of speech to reveal that someone/something is moving toward an action/a condition. When you want to say that you are planning some events in the future, you can use “be going to do. ” ⇒ 日本語訳：「～する予定です。」 And “be going to do” is used when there is sensory evidence for your prediction.
