The Quality Policy 3 We are committed to providing outstanding service and deliverables that meet our customers’ expectations. this will be accomplished by maintaining a quality management system (QMS) that assures consistency of process, involves all team members, and includes continuous improvement of our products and processes.

All issues are be reviewed by management. Your role is to know the following: • The Quality Policy and how you support it. • The ways in which you can assist in achieving the quality objectives. • How to obtain information on the QMS Website.

Your role in Management is to attend any reviews you are requested to attend and provide input.

Your role is to use the most current procedures and forms to accomplish your tasks and meet the QMS requirements.

QMS Registration Audits (External Audits) 18 • Each year National Quality Assurance (NQA) visits

QMS Registration Audits (External Audits) 18 • Each year National Quality Assurance (NQA) visits the offices to conduct an External Audit. The auditor will talk with various employees and may call you (see the next slide for more information)! • These audits are important and we must follow our own QMS to maintain our ISO registration. • The ISO Certification helps us during the bidding process as most Government contracts now require a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
