AJE’s mission is to educate parents, youth, and the community about the laws governing public education, specifically for children with special needs. It is our mission to make the public aware of the consequences of institutional negligence of children with or without disabilities and to promote school accountability.

A comprehensive resource library and training center. The Center offers parents information on special education laws, specific disabilities, the latest research on treatment and interventions, resources, and adaptive technology.

AJE provides workshops and trainings for professionals, community, and parents. The workshops and trainings are free of charge. § § § Community Outreach Policy Discussion Information Sessions

DC PIN provides family navigation and care coordination services to help families navigate the health care system and health care programs. § § Family Navigators Peer Support Workers
