What’s new in 2013 -2014 related to Criteria? v Opportunity for LEA’s to utilize one less criterion in each Component
Component 1 – Planning and Preparation v Component 1 focuses on how a teacher selects and organizes programs and/or services provided to students. v Component 1 Criteria: 1 a. Selecting Instructional Goals (Optional) 1 b. Designing Coherent Instruction 1 c. Demonstrating Knowledge of Content and Pedagogy (Optional) 1 d. Demonstrating Knowledge of Students 1 e. Designing Student Assessments
