Why they important for me Teacher wants me to learn the new knowledge and exert it, and then I was required to study some bit of material using the new strategy they are teaching. �I had three roommates when I was in my university, every night I would see there are piles of plats in the sink, and they toss them every week. Therefore I clean for them for several weeks. One day, I stop doing it interestingly I found there are no plats that left in the sink. And when they came back, I thanked them and marveled at “how clean” the kitchen finally was. By reinforcing their good behaviors and ignoring the bad ones, I was increasing their good behaviors without any animosity
