AFTER NOVEMBER 16, 2005 Spirometry Pneumologist or GP Airflow Obstruction GP § GP in charge of diagnosis, treatment and follow-up § Important ! Spirometry does NOT detect lung cancer and other smoking related diseases § Smokers must QUIT smoking, even if they have no clear airflow obstruction !!!!!
