The Church commends the Magna Carta as a wonderful, splendid piece of work. The Church should support the Magna Carta because of its rights and grand ideas. First of all, the Magna Carta ensures the English Church stays free forever The Magna Carta without interference. This greatly helps the Church since we are guaranteed our very important rights. The Magna Carta is also helps the Church with one of our goals of helping people. For example, the Magna Carta promotes fairness. According to the Magna Carta, a criminal will be punished only to the extent of the crime they commited. Also, a panel of twenty-five barons were assembled to settle disputes over financial penalties and fines. If I ever had time I could also join the committee making it a fair dispute. The Magna Carta creates a fair environment for the people of England. I encourage all clergymen to support the Magna Carta and reward those who follow it. God will forgive their sins if they follow the Magna Carta and its wonderful enlightening ways.
