We Need To Put Him First In Our Lives • By putting God first in our minds, we will put Him first in our lives (or actions) • To be godly, we must put God first in our lives

We Must Take The Time To Be Godly • Just as we take time to exercise physically, we must take the time to exercise spiritually • It is through the word of God that we gain the knowledge for godliness that we need – 2 Peter 1: 3; 1 Timothy 6: 3 -6; Titus 1: 1 -3 • It is also important that we teach our children how to be godly.

When We Are Godly We Are Profitable For All Things • We have the promise that now is • There is also that promise which is to come – Titus 2: 11 -14
