Corporate Wellbeing partnership • Partnered with Boots to deliver a health and wellbeing offering for our people • Launched health assessments in Leicester – 2. 5 k employees, office based and remote workers – On line health assessments – Face to face consultations for employees with a higher risk of CHD and CVD – Rolling out to 27 k employees in Q 3 • Site support and seasonal campaigns to promote health and wellbeing agenda • Aggregated data providing insight into key health indicators for the first time 5
Global Corporate Challenge • Physical activity programme for 16 weeks, taking a virtual walk around the world! • 10 k employee participants – 47% growth on 2009 – Largest UK business • Independent health study by Lancaster University • Children’s challenge launched – Colin Jackson as the UK GCC ambassador – Sponsoring 10 k children to complete the challenge – Linking schools into British Gas sites 6
