信心历险记 The Adventure of Faith FAITH, COURAGE AND EXPECTATION 信心 勇气 期待!

A. 上帝 在 这节期 对我们 的心意 God’s Word for us this season 要 扩张 你 帐幕之地，张大 你 居所的幔子， 不要限制；要 放长 你的 绳子，坚固 你的 橛子。 因为 你要 向左向右开展，你的后裔必得多国为业， 又使荒凉的城邑有人居住。 Isa 赛 54: 2 -3 "Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited.

探索新场地 的 目的: Purpose For The Search: 1. 更好照顾 到某些弟兄姐妹 时间方面上 特别的需要。 BETTER SERVE the needs of members of the church and at the same time be 2. 更 利于 教会弟兄姐妹 邀请亲友 及 有助于教会扩张，传福音， 完成上帝 赋予教会的 大使命。 More CONDUCIVE for GROWTH and expansion of the church.

我们用心做了问卷调查，牧师也作了报告， 来 帮助 教会的弟兄姐妹 更好的理解和参 与 神赋予教会 成长和扩张 的 异象， 预备我们 的心来对齐主的带领，合一扩张。 As part of the ON GOING DIALOGUE with the church on this matter to HELP as many individual in THE CHURCH understand & SHARE in THIS VISION FOR GROWTH and EXPANSION, Survey has been taken and pastor has not only given a brief report but has begun talking about this to PREPARE our hearts TO ALIGN AND EMBRACE GOD’s exhortation for our growth and expansion.

探查新场地 的 结果 Result of The Search 我们将如何决定，未来有什么安排 SO WHAT’S HAPPENING? 1. 我们在加东主堂 下午场 230 PM的主日聚会将保持。没有更动！ WE ARE NOT SHIFTING OUR SUNDAY SERVICE AT KATONG. 2. 我们保留现在下午230 PM的聚会同时，我们也计划 在早上添加多一场聚会。 WE INTEND TO ADD 1 MORE SERVICE IN ADDITION TO OUR CURRENT 230 pm service. 3. 这计划可能在 明年 2020年 7月份实行， 目前目标地点定位 新达城。 It’s LIKELY to be a 10 AM service at the SUNTEC CONVENTION HALL STARTING in JUL 2020.

(10月27日) 在新达城早上的聚会， 是 一次性 体验式的聚会。目的是 让弟兄姐妹 先睹为快，提前 感受 一下 聚会的感觉。同时也让我们能实地祷告，预备我们教会来年 7月添 4. 下个星期天 加早上场的聚会，进入扩张的节期。 This coming Sunday’s service is a ONE OFF TRIAL SERVICE to give everyone an experience of what it will be like when we start a Sunday service at the Suntec Convention Hall in July 2020. So we can all be in prayer as we prepare for the ADDITIONAL SERVICE planned to be started next year from July. 5. 明年 2月开始，我们 每逢周四 7. 30 PM 的 周间聚会 地点将率先 搬迁去 新达城! 以崭新的样貌出场！ 更有效地得着职场的灵魂！ 详情会在之后公布。We however will likely be MOVING our MID WEEK SERVICE from FEBRUARY 2020. 信心 历险记 信心 1. 信心 不仅 是 历险记 是 信 心 The Adventure of Faith FAITH is an ADVENTURE 2. 也是 一种 包涵 我们个人 A WAY OF LIFE that INVOLVES: a. 互动步骤 (INTERACTIVE STEPS) 和 and b. 关键决择 (CRUCIAL DECISIONS) 的 生活方式

3. 信心 通常 信 心 a. 从异象 (VISION) 或 b. 神的启示 (REVELATION) 开始。 FAITH often BEGINS WITH a VISION or REVELATION from GOD. 4. 信心 能 It usually INDUCES a. 勾起兴奋感 (EXCITEMENT) 和 b. 激发热情 (ENTHUSIASM)。

Israel was afraid because they focused on the Egyptians instead of on the Lord. 法老临近的时候，以色列人 举目看见埃及人 赶来， 就甚惧怕，向耶和华哀求。 And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians marched after them. So they were very afraid, and the children of Israel cried out to the LORD. Exo 出 14: 10

2. 站立不动 LET’S STAND STILL (v 13, 14) 当 面对信心挑战 的时候， 人可能不说：“让我们回头吧！” 他们 反而可能 他们 说 “让我们就 站立不动” 选择 停滞不前。 眼前本是大好机会，他们却瘫痪不动！ “When a challenge to faith comes, some don’t say, "Let’s go back, " they instead say, "Let’s stand still. " They halt in the present. In the midst of opportunity, they become paralyzed.

我们是 有需要 站立 等候 的 时候， 就如摩西所挑战以色列民 “只管站住”，“只管静默” Standing still is the right thing to do at times. That is what Moses challenged the people to do (v 13, 14). 不要惧怕，只管站住 摩西对百姓说：“ ， 看耶和华今天向你们所要施行的救恩。 因为你们今天所看见的埃及人，必永远不再看见了。 耶和华必为你们争战，你们 只管 静默，不要作声。” And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, Exo 出 14: 13 -14 and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.

但 祷告，反省 也有 的时候 There is a time to pray and reflect 除此 我们也有需要我们 “兴起，行动”的时候 but there is also a time to act. 摩西 曾说：站立，静默 Moses said, "Stand still. “ 摩西知道我们 但他当时 现在神 说，奋勇向前! God is going to say, "Go forward. “ 不当回头 Moses knew it wasn’t right to go back, 还没有足够的 信心，把握 和勇气 来奋勇前行 but he didn’t yet have the faith to go forward.

CHURCHES do not ever really stand still; they either make progress or they fall backward. CHRISTIANS do not stand still; they either grow or they decline in their spiritual life. We must not stand still when God says to go forward!

3. 勇往直前 LET’S GO FORWARD (v 15 22) 在信心的历险记 In the adventure of faith, 1. 我们不仅要 祷告和反省 There’s A TIME to PRAY and REFLECT 2. 还要 积极行动 But also A TIME to ACT: A. 耶和华对摩西说： “你为什么向我哀求呢？ 你 吩咐 以色列人 往前走。 Exo 出 14: 15 "And the LORD said to Moses, `Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to GO FORWARD’"

信心 伸展我们 过于 我们 舒适的现状 FAITH always STRETCHES US beyond WHERE WE ARE. 我们若能看准每一步那就不叫信心了。 If you can see every step of the way, it is not really faith, it is sight.

选择勇往直前的3个原因: WE GO FORWARD FOR THREE REASONS: 1. 神的荣耀 得以 彰显 God’s Glory Is Displayed (v 18) 当我们勇往直前的时候，神就得着荣耀！ 我在法老和他的车辆、马兵上得荣耀的时候， 埃及人 就 知道我是 耶和华 了。 神的荣耀 Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen. " Exo 出 14: 18 The words of verse 18 make clear that the Lord will be glorified when we move forward, "Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gained honor for myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen. "

2. 神的保护 得以 彰显 God’s Protection Is Displayed (v 19, 20) 之前行在以色列民前方引导他们的云柱，现在在他们后方看守保护着他们。 神在以色列民与他们仇敌中间 看守保护他们。 The pillar of cloud that had been in front of them to guide them, now moved behind them to protect them from the enemy. Thus it was a cloud and darkness to the one, and it gave light by night to the other, so that the one did not come near the other all that night. Exo 出 14: 19 -20

3. 神的大能 得以 彰显 God’s Power Is Displayed (v 21, 22) 摩西举仗，红海分开，陆地出现，以色列民踏步而过！ Moses lifted his rod and the very sea divided to provide dry land for the Israelites to walk through! 摩西向海伸杖，耶和华便用大东风， 使海水一夜退去，水便分开，海就成了乾地。 以色列人下海中走乾地， 水在他们的左右作了墙垣。 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand on their left. Exo 出 14: 21 -22

结论 Conclusion 引导你 在自己的 信心上向前迈步? 但是你有没有 让恐惧阻止 你 前进的脚步 呢? 也许你 需要 迈出信心的一步， 神有没有 相信基督把你从罪中拯救出来，并赐给你在他里面的新生命。 无论如何，不管路上有什么障碍， 呼召 我们 在信心中前进。 召我们的主，要 为我们预备道路; 我们只需顺服。 主 Has God been leading you to take a personal step of faith? But have you allowed fear to stop you in your tracks? Perhaps you need to take a step of faith to trust Christ for the first time to save you from your sins and grant you a new life in Him. Whatever the case may be, the Lord is calling us to go forward in faith despite what obstacles may be in the way. The Lord who called you is responsible to provide the way; you’re simply responsible to obey.
