Swimming is an individual or team sport that requires the use of one's entire body to move through water. The advantages • keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. • builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. The disadvantages • having some side effects of swimming such as skin infections, ear infections, eye, diarrhea, and fever. • Exposure to some back problems due to some difficult movements that can be used while swimming.
A Skate board is moved by pushing one foot while the other remains on the board. The advantages Disadvantages: 1 - having lots of fun. 2 - learning new sport skills. 1 - we can get injured very badly if we fell while skate boarding. 2 - we can damage the public properties.

Disadvantages: Gymnastics is a sport which requires constant stretching of the muscles. This causes growth to slow down or stop. In gymnastics, gymnasts are prone to injuries. The injuries are usually at the feet and ankles as well as the knees. .
