There Must Be A Correct Identification of the Need N E E D The NEED is the backbone of your proposal. It must be correctly identified and justified if you want to be funded.
How Do I Find The “NEED”? • The Need is stated in the RFP … it is discovered by asking the question: “Specifically, what is the funder funding me to do? ”
We Must Be Careful to Not Confuse the Need with the Anticipated Result: the NEED! More public transportation vehicles using CNG BIG PICTURE result! Reduced use of diesel and ozone violations
