WEEE PILOT PROJECT • Pilot Project 1): This project is to study the cost of e-waste management within a period of 6 months starting from October 2019. WMS and SCI ECO will be the main operating project leaders. • Pilot Project 2): A pilot project for e-waste management in the form of “Clearing House”, leading by the Electrical and Electronics Institute (EEI) for 18 months. 3

SOURCES OF E-WASTE COLLECTION APPROXIMATELY 100 PIECES 1. Sa-Leng 2. Products Fix & Repair centers 3. Suan Kaew Temple; there a lot of e-waste (TV). Saengthong Electronics Institute has developed people there to repair and resell, but not the CRT one. 4. Organizing a campaign to exchange e-waste with eggs, or lucky draw etc. 5. A campaign for small mobile phone products to join activity with mobile phone operators. 6. Operating under a corporation of existing e-waste collectors. Target area : - Pathum Thani or Nonthaburi 14

COST OF PILOT PROJECT Project 1 • The cost of dismantling and disposing was the responsibility of WMS and SCI ECO. • - The cost of e-wastes and delivery charges were the responsibility of the participating companies. Project 2 • Estimate cost 4 Million. THB to be sharing every companies and maybe support by Government. 15
