What is T-Folio? T-Folio… • is a free, interactive online platform being developed by CCTS for youth with disabilities and the school and agency workers who support them. • provides facilitators with lessons plans and tips to help students complete a series of interactive exercises resulting in the creation of products needed for the student’s Transition Portfolio (T-Folio). • uses student-centered curriculum to guide students–with the assistance of a facilitator –in the development of their transition portfolios. • includes interactive exercises that can be accessed across different devices. Activities completed online and saved to pdf, or printed and completed by hand. • aligns with both school requirements and DVR Pre-Employment Transition Service categories so that both teachers and agency personnel will find it useful. 4 Center for Change in Transition Services | www. seattleu. edu/ccts | CC BY 4. 0
