Tethering • • Tethering by choke chain or rope around the neck is prohibited. Tether must be at least 5 times greater than the length of the dog. Area where dog is tethered must be safe and free from debris. Poop scoop daily. Care • • • Fresh, clean, unfrozen water available at all times. Sufficient quantity and quality of food to maintain good health. Adequate veterinary care when necessary. Can not contain a dog that is a danger to other dogs in the enclosure. Must not have a floor that is less than 9 m² for one dog and increase in length and width by one meter for each additional dog. Must be one meter higher than the tallest dog in standing position. Must have housing that is defined in Schedule B and have an area that provides shade at all times. Must be poop scooped daily.
