Terms of Reference – Solution Design Authority Meeting Objective(s) This is a mandatory but informal review, arranged by the Solution Architect on the initiative which will focus on the following: • Review the end to end solution, including business & IT architecture components, testing, Solution Design, training, development and 3 rd party components • Make critical architecture decisions and design recommendations • Escalate to the Architecture Board as appropriate Attendees Frequency • • Solution Architecture Team Enterprise Architect (Optional) Information Security Account Manager Business Analyst Project Manager (Optional) Business Representatives Inputs • • The frequency depends on the size and complexity of the project, assessed by the Solution Architect on the initiative Duration – 1 hour Governance Relevant Phase pack (located within PMO folders) • • • Project Team members will collate all required phase deliverables for discussion at the meeting Chaired by Solution Architect on the initiative Outcome updated in relevant project documents, by document owners and stored in designated PMO project folder Outputs Quorum • • • Recommendations for the Project Design Authority forum to review and address Escalation to the Architecture Board as appropriate All mandatory areas must be represented 2
