Terms of Reference – Enterprise Architecture Solution Review Meeting Objective(s) This is for the EA team to review the Solution Blueprint and proposed options, high level estimate andplan for the next phase (Solution Outline), prior to the Gateway Approval Forum. This review is only required at concept phase. The objectives are to: • Ensure that the solution identified fits with the business and technical architectural roadmaps • Review and agree with all parties that the right business and technical solution is offered to the business • Identify changes for resolution in the Project Design Authority forum • Refer Architecture roadmap exceptions to the Architecture Board for resolution Attendees Frequency • • • Enterprise Architecture Team Account Manager Business Analyst Project Manager Information Security Business Representatives PMO Inputs • • Weekly, every Wednesday Duration – 1 hour, 12 -1 pm Governance Agenda Concept pack (located within PMO folders) • • • The Architecture Librarian will issue the relevant documents to the attendees prior to the meeting Chaired by the Principal Enterprise Architect Outcome recorded by the Architecture librarian and issued to attendees and PMO following the meeting Outputs Quorum • • • Recommendations for the Project Design Authority forum to review and address Referrals for the Architecture Board (Exceptions only) All mandatory areas must be represented 1
