Tennis Station Practice hitting the ball against the wall. Try to use both forehand backhand hits. See how many times you can return it without missing the ball.
Badminton Station With a partner practice hitting the birdie back and forth. Keep track of how many times you can hit it back and forth without it hitting the ground.
Basketball Station Dribble around the cones in a continuous motion, keep the ball low, use the right hand on the right side, and the left hand on the left side.
Hockey Station Start by dribbling through the cones and then end by shooting on the goal. Remember to keep your stick on the ground when dribbling and below your knees when shooting.
Frisbee With a partner practice the forehand backhand throws. Make sure to step towards your partner and follow through.
Shuttle Run Station Get a partner. On the signal one student runs to the blocks, picks one up, runs back to the starting line, places the block behind the line, runs back and picks up the second block, and runs back across starting line. The other student will use a timer or stopwatch.
Soccer Station Everyone gets their own ball and they must control dribble within the cones. The object of the game is to hit other people's soccer ball out of the area while maintaining control of your soccer ball.
Handball Station Students will take turns shooting on the goal. One person will pass the ball and then the person receiving the pass will shoot. Switch roles.
Volleyball Station With a partner, play keep it up using the bump and set shots from volleyball. See how many times in a row you can hit the ball without it touching the ground.
Monkey in the Middle Station In a group, form a circle and put 1 or 2 people in the middle depending how many people are in your group. Try to roll the ball across the circle to the rest of your group without the person in the middle getting the ball.
