WIC Provides Healthy Foods WIC food packages align with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the infant feeding practice guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Since July 1, 2015 the Tennessee WIC Program Has Provided: Whole-wheat Bread and other Whole Grains Dried and canned beans/peas Milk Canned Fish Eggs Baby Food Cheese Infant Cereal Yogurt Juice Breakfast Cereal Infant Formula Peanut Butter Soy-based beverage Fruits and Vegetables Tofu 5
