Relationships • The program helps build the child’s self- esteem and fosters healthy relationships between the children and between children and adults. This in turn helps to build a healthy community.

Curriculum • The program uses curriculum that sets goals in theses areas: social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive.

Teaching • The program’s teachers and staff are educated, knowledgeable, and professional. The program also supports their staff and is committed to providing support for the families needs and diversities.

Health • The program provides a safe environment for children and staff and meets nutritional standards.

Families • The program builds relationships and works together with families and provide support, while keeping in mind the individual families’ diversity.

Assessment of Child’s Progress • The program assess children’s progress in several ways and will use these assessments to make decisions about program effectiveness. These assessments will be done formally and informally and the staff will communicate with the parents.

Community Relationships • The program builds relationships with the surrounding communities and uses their resources to help in meeting the program’s goals.

Physical Environment • The program has a safe and comfortable building with the correct indoor and outdoor equipment in good repair. This environment gives the staff and children the right environment that encourages learning.

Leadership and Management • The program has put in place the correct policies, procedures, and systems to assist the staff. It also has strong leadership and is stable in its’ business practices. To give everyone the best possible experience.
