If we spend more time wishing for the things that we haven’t got instead of enjoying what we have, we need to STOP! We should learn to be grateful for what we have and learn to be content. It’s not easy but perhaps this week you could write a note (or take a photo) of something you have been grateful for each day. Now would be a kind time to say a ‘Thank you’ prayer.
