Template Instructions This template is strongly recommended use for any presentation given by customers or partners at CWG conferences SAP employees do NOT have to use this template. SAP employees may utilize any standard SAP template In order to use this template, download it and save it to your computer. Rename it using your presentation title as the file name. Note that the program committee may rename your presentation when uploading to the CWG portal. Open your local copy of this template in powerpoint. Place your presentation name, your name and title, and company name on the title slide in the appropriate text boxes. If you need a different format of slide (for example an image with text in a side box) select from the NEW SLIDE menu in the Home ribbon. This will give you all possible preformatted slides. Please only use these pre configured slide types! Company advertising should be on slide 3. Please limit your company advertising to a maximum of 2 slides that can be covered in no more than 5 minutes. Please limit any company related videos to a maximum of 2 minutes. If presenting outside of a CWG conference ALWAYS have the CWG information slide as the second slide in your presentation! If presenting at a CWG conference, ALWAYS have the CWG information slide as the last slide in your presentation! Please utilize the slide notes for your script. When saving as pdf, please save using these options; Once you are finished, DELETE THIS SLIDE and save your presentation. 1
