CENTRAL REFERRAL AND SCHEDULING – Referral Process • Call client to schedule Psychiatric Evaluation/Medication Management appointment • Intake paperwork & consents are obtained electronically • Test connection and confirm appointment • For Psychiatric Evaluation obtain and report vital signs (blood pressure, height, weight)
