Does each implementation plan get approved before commencing? Who are the end users/champions? What are their established roles and accountability and how are they evaluated? What approach do you use to communicate potential value and intent to implement? How do you rank and prioritize items to implement (multi-year)? How do you estimate the costs (labor, capital, etc. ) for implementation? How do you determine the expectation, cost benefit, regulatory impact, or risk for applying these results?
