METHOD OF FIELD STUDIES • Visit any forest area with the students to observe if similar situations like that of the Mopane tree can be isolated. • Compare with the farmlands, grasslands, river banks, lake, pond, etc • Visit any recognized conservation group such as the Kilum mountain forest project. • In the field work sites, students should be directed to write a biological essay on the environmental aspects observed, proposing ways on how to ameliorate the degrading conditions observed.
