Job Providers: Often existing systems do not simplify their search, filter & selection process Many unqualified applicants applying for the job Job Seekers: Systems that are complex and inconvenient to use Applicants have little flexibility in customizing their professional information according to their needs

We believe bringing in supplementary professional documents in the job hiring process can alleviate the problem of employment matching. We primarily focused on hiring in the market for the technical community because they are rich in supplementary information.
