ACTION PLANNER Teamwork: An Action Planner is simply a form to assist effective teamwork. In creating your action planner, consider components of backwards planning; a tool to organize effective TAP meetings; a measure for group accountability.

Must be aligned to school-wide goals/focus. • Goals provide a basis for decision making and guidance to instructional decision making. • Goals enable teachers to gauge their success. • Goals promote collegial dialogue.
