TASKI swingo 4000 5000 large rideon scrubber drier

TASKI swingo 4000 & 5000 large ride-on scrubber drier Features & Benefits

Features & Benefits Cont’d Reduce Cost to Clean - Productivity Features Benefits Fast cleaning speed of 7. 5 km/h and high water autonomy with a large 200 liter flex tank - Radically increases productivity and reduces the number of time-consuming tank filling stops during the cleaning operation up to 13. 000 m 2 with a single tank fill (under ideal conditions) Unique and patented all wheel steering and compact dimensions - Combination of all wheel steering with compact dimensions makes the machine extremely agile and increases manoeuvrability even in congested areas Intelli. Flow: the unique speed dependent cleaning solution supply Large batteries up to 360 Ah Optional onboard charger with battery management system (BMS) Optional patented Intelli. Dose – the automatic onboard dilution system - Always the right amount of solution on the floor - No puddles left behind in curves and turns - Up to 30 -50% saving in cleaning solution leading to significantly increased productivity - More electrical autonomy to work much longer in larger sites without recharging - Just plug into any standard wall outlet - Deep discharge protection extends battery life - Monitors the charging process - Consistent high and superior cleaning results Control of cost (site manager can block dilution level) Simplifies machine operation – safe & easy handling Controlled chemical use with less chemical consumption (avoids overdosing and no “glug-glug”)

Features & Benefits Cont’d Effective - Cleaning & Drying Results Features Benefits Patented and newly-designed W-shaped squeegee with 3 caster wheel concept - W-shape channels solution better at higher speed and doesn’t require any adjustments - Follows the floor profile and delivers perfect solution pick-up (in curves, while turning, on difficult floors such as tiles with deep grouts, uneven or structured floors) - Instant drying and equally dry floor - No residues and streaks - Lasts 4 x longer than gum-rubber and all four sides of the blades can be used – extended life time Special squeegee blades & direct suction line - Blade with mouse doors to retrieve debris - No clogging with direct suction line - In spite of clogging, debris very easy and fast to release Summary of above features Excellent soil removal & drying results, hence a consistently high & improved floor appearance

Features & Benefits Cont’d Reliability and Maintenance - Design for Long Life and Durability Features Benefits Very robust conception with use of long life components - Enhancement of machine’s uptime - Service & repair costs to a minimum reduced New designed squeegee & brush coupling/uncoupling All components which need frequent maintenance are color coded in yellow Optional extra-long 3 meter drain hose Summary of above features - Easy & fast preparation time - Intuitive “click” mechanism to easily remove brushes & squeegee - Brushes are mounted automatically and are selfadjusting - Color-coded maintenance points for simple, easier operator training - All parts can be easily removed without tools - Reaching floor drains for e. g. intermediate draining where you cannot drive closely enough because of a narrow door width Allows a trouble-free operation with a minimum of operator training needed

Features & Benefits Cont’d Ergonomy and Simplicity Features Benefits Ergonomic design with a low entrance, an adjustable seat with high seatback and a new accelerator pedal Good overview from the seat & excellent squeegee deflection Dashboard with intuitive controls - Enables a safe, less fatigue & cramping free operation - Automatic cornering speed adjustment - Allows the operator to easily clean close along walls and around obstacles - Self-explanatory and displays all required information Start/Stop program button - Cleaning settings last used will be saved (stop function) and activated with program start - Fast and easy operation Low noise level and a special ECO mode for extra silent operation - Makes work more enjoyable - Allows for day time cleaning in noise sensitive areas, such as public areas in hospitals Site manager can adjust and block both the ‐ 3 brush pressure levels ‐ 6 solution dosing levels - Operators are always working with correct settings - Longer working autonomy and solution savings - No TASKI Service call necessary

Features & Benefits Cont’d Safety Features Benefits Site manager can adjust and block maximum speed of 7. 5 km/h in 10% steps down to 50% (3. 75 km/h) - Operators safely drive the machine in more delicate areas; e. g. less damages by untrained/new operator - No TASKI Service call necessary CE / CB test certificate - Follows strictest rules and regulations for health and safety Patented and newly-designed W-shaped squeegee with 3 caster wheel concept - Faster drying and equally dry floor - Reduced risk of slip fall accidents caused by water left behind Optional patented Intelli. Dose and high speed filling solution Service Station 300 - Enhancement of safety because operator touches no chemicals - Filling of 200 liter tank in 75 sec. only

Features & Benefits Sustainability - Preserving Natural Resources Features Benefits Water Up to 30 -50% water savings vs. conventional scrubber driers * -Intelli. Flow, the speed-dependent supply of cleaning solution - Dosing down to 15 g/m 2 Chemical …and associated chemical savings - Intelli. Dose controls and reduces chemical consumption - 90% less packaging material, less waste and less storage space than bulky and heavy canisters Energy Proven reduction of energy consumption - Saves you money on your energy bills - Can save up to 30% of energy vs. conventional scrubber driers, which means electrical savings of about 500 k. Wh/year ** - Battery recuperation (batteries will be recharged during operation ***) * the 200 liter tank and Intelli. Flow equals a conventional machine with a 260 -300 liter tank ** for that amount of energy a standard light bulb can burn continuously for over 2 years! *** when the machine operator lifts his/her foot, or don’t accelerate, or is driving slightly downwards
