Backward: ü All integrated systems test results have been documented in a test report. ü Open items are identified in a punch list. ü NCR have been taken care of. ü In order to accept the integrated systems test report the corresponding V&V requirements must be fulfilled. ü This test report and its punch list has been reviewed and approved by Target Operation and Maintenance (TOM). N Risks for the testing phases • Design not finalized and late design changes.

N Risks for the testing phases • Design not finalized and late design changes. Electrical LVPd in MUTS on hold, state machine Target wheel, etc. • Tight time schedule. Delay on design, manufacturing and installation will give limited time to prepare and plan tests due to personnel in parallel roles. • Young organization. Some routines and way of working must be adjusted during the test phase. • Operators and technicians for Target systems not on-board yet. • Lack of resources. Many test activities in parallel. Different systems ready for test at the same time. At the moment we are considering work time during the test phase is 8 h per day, 5 days a week; There is a risk this has to be increased. • Several one-in-a-kind components risk of unexpected test results or out of acceptance criteria. • Availability concerns during testing if severe fault on equipment as there are limited amount of spare parts available. • Project Coordination during testing phase between different projects is not in place yet (TSS, MPS). • Local Coordination during testing phase for activities in the same rooms between installation and test teams is not in place yet. • Clean zones both in the MUTS area and the connection cell as there could be other works in the surroundings. 2020 -11 -25 PRESENTATION TITLE/FOOTER 19
