TAME: Training Against Medical Errors 561583 -EPP-1 -2015 -1 -KZ-EPPKA 2 -CBHE-JP (2015 -2944 / 001 -001) Medical education project aimed at targeting avoidance of error by deliberately allowing students to make errors safely.

 • 30 tutors on PBL methodic of teaching trained (18 ZSMU and 12

• 30 tutors on PBL methodic of teaching trained (18 ZSMU and 12 BSMU); • trainings on writing VP cases with medical errors conducted; • 6 paediatric cases, received from SGUL, translated and adapted to the local healthcare system; • 6 surgical and 6 internal medicine VP cases with medical errors created in Ukrainian language. Success: Study of legislation on the possibility of attracting and using international technical support; Experience of accounting and international departments in keeping records on grant projects; Experience in purchasing equipment in the framework of grant projects. Policies on engaging workers to international grant projects developed and approved by Academic Board of the University; Network with Foreign partners strengthened and Mo. Us (with KSMU, AMU, HUMP, HUE, AUTH) signed for further cooperation and submitted common grant projects. Challenges: Ownership of intellectual property for the products created in the frames of the project; Open access to the products of the project; Purchase of the additional equipment at the end of the project for sustainability purposes; Supporting documents for the item “Co-financing”.
