Every receipt note has the location details of the item which makes it convenient to locate the item at the time of delivery. Receipt note for direct farm produce A new category of receipt note is available for the items which are brought directly by farmers to cold storage. Storage management The owner needs to know the storage space available at any point of time. Unique identity for every stock item For every transaction, a stock item is created which captures the quality, lot details of the item and links to the receipt note as well. Details in local language Details like quality and lot are captured in the local language as well, for the easy understanding of those who are comfortable with only local language. The location of items can be identified from the receipt note and items can be retrieved easily. Automatic rent calculation The rent is calculated as per the specified rate fixed at the time of receipt note generation. It is calculated on a monthly basis. Storage management The owner needs to know the storage space available in the building. Though the storage units can be modified as per the size of bags, but they need to know for which temperature range storage space is available. Update the inventory status As soon as the customer withdraws some of the items, a delivery note is issued. The location, farmer, customer, current inventory status can be seen for every transaction. Profit earned from every transaction can be seen. Item wise stock summary A new stock item is created for every transaction and the item details, location details, farmer details, net weight, opening balance, closing balance, inwards and outwards details are available for every item. These details can be filtered by farmer name and location. Direct farm produce dispatch report A new stock item is created for every transaction involving a direct farm produce as well and the item details, location details, farmer details, net weight, opening balance, closing balance, inwards and outwards details are available for every item. These details can be filtered by farmer name and balance status.
