Emotional Resilience n Emotional resilience is your ability to adapt to stressful situations or crisis n The key to resilience is how people experience and react to events n Some people are able to take things in stride and adapt more easily than others n You can build your emotional resilience and learn to adapt during times of stress at home or work n Practicing emotional resilience techniques can help you to more easily manage day to day events, as well as prepare you for the rare emergency
