Cyborg. Is it going away? No, Cyborg is not going away • Cyborg will still process the payroll • easy. Pay (Kronos) will collect timecard data (hours worked and time off) and send the information to Cyborg for processing and payment • Payroll Liaisons will have access to their same screens, plus new screens to enter employee supervisor information, FMLA approver, clock location etc • New hires (BC-102) will continue to be entered into Cyborg and all employee data will be transferred on a daily basis to Kronos 5/22/2013 © 2013 PKING Consulting, Inc. | PACERS CM&T® & Broward County 4

Online Timesheets and Leave Slips – Alison Redmond • Assistance needed from Payroll Liaisons to collect employee master data needed for easy. Pay implementation. A demo of the process to collect this data will be shown next in today’s presentation • A memo will be sent out on Monday to Department/Office Directors to inform them of this effort and the need for a meeting with you. Your involvement will start June 7 and end June 21 • Reports will be sent out to Agency management to validate the data you entered on July 1. Validation to be completed by July 12 • Assistance from Payroll Liaisons needed to test system during month of September and early October.
