Farm – Factory process control • How to bleeding rich roe? Mr. Chuang co-work with nutritionist & Chiayi University professors. They have special supplement feed for fish. All the feed material imported from EU and Russia instead of local or south Asia. So their feed cost higher 2 -3 times than other competitors • The special nutrition feed – Mullet egg will increase good quality oil. It will turn to be good high-density lipoprotein. • Except nutrition , it will roe taste will be creamy and soft.
