Tivoli Software Utilization • “Day in the Life”: – ITCAM-Transactions reports are reviewed in morning meetings – Synthetic Transaction Issues – ITM, TIP related UI’s are used by Operations areas to monitor critical services actively – Tivoli tools are actively used to monitor the health of their servers, processes and applications – SNMP traps and Syslog messages are used by the network team extensively to monitor the health of the network – All production servers are instrumented with ITM agent to monitor defined thresholds.
