Session 1 • Discuss in class: How do you experience that you manage school

Session 1 • Discuss in class: How do you experience that you manage school and life in general? What is simple and what can be a challenge? • The students write individual answers to the questions that follow (on a paper/in a book, write a 4 -digit code, e. g. the first 4 numbers in your mobile phone number) 1. What do you want to succeed with in life, what is important and realistic in the near future? 2. Success factors: What about you and your life is good? Can you use this to reach your goals? 3. Is there something about you or your everyday that hinders you from reaching your goals? After this session, the teacher collects the anonymous notes, go through them and make a list of the students’ responses. Session 3(about a month after session 2) • The teacher sums up and presents the students’ action plans (question 4 and 5), and the class discuss: • How did it go, did you follow your plan? • What was difficult to manage? • Could you choose other ways to work with reaching different goals? If they do not remember their plans, they can get their book back. • Question 4 and 5 from session 2 is repeated, and the students write in the book, and the teacher collects the anonymous notes afterwards. 4.
